Delivery Information
USA Standard Delivery
Goods ordered before 3pm will be dispatched within 3 working day and delivery will normally take place between 8am and 9pm within 7 to 10 working days.
USA Express Delivery
Goods ordered before 3pm will be dispatched within 1 working day and delivery will normally take place between 8am and 9pm within 2 to 5 working days.
International Standard Delivery
Goods ordered before 3pm will be dispatched within 3 working day and delivery will normally take place between 8am and 9pm within 7 to 10 working days.
International Express Delivery
Goods ordered before 3pm will be dispatched within 1 working day and delivery will normally take place between 8am and 9pm within 2 to 5 working days.
Exceptions
Exceptions may apply to products being delivered to non mainland locations. Some products may have an extended delivery time. In these instances, the expected delivery time will be shown on the product information page.
Pre-orders will be delivered within 10 working days after stock arrives in our warehouse unless otherwise stated on the product information page.
Orders containing bulky/heavy items are not available for free delivery and are usually delivered within 14 working days unless stated otherwise on the product information page.
Delivery Restrictions
We deliver to most postal areas worldwide, However, geographical location and courier availability can occasionally restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to certain areas within our usual timescale. If this is the case with your order you will be notified as soon as possible.
We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
