What is your returns policy?

We're sure you'll love your purchase, but if you're not happy for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 60 days of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.

Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 14 days for the refund to show in your account.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact us at hello@revitality.life

We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition, however, if you receive a damaged item, just return it to us and we will happily refund or replace it.

We need you to let us know of any lost or damaged items within 30 days of the dispatch date as unfortunately, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

Returns

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, however if 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer you a refund but it may be possible to offer an exchange or credit dependent on the circumstances. If purchased as part of a multi purchase any refund will be based on the average price paid. To be eligible for a return, your items (apart from one item) must be unused and in the same condition that you received and be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to confirm.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is shown on your statement.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@revitality.life and we will be happy to look into it.

Exchanges (if applicable)

 We are happy to replace any item(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@revitality.life and we will it arrange for you.

Delivery

Unfortunately, delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
